# Twyn AI – Call Assistant

> Twyn AI – Call Assistant is an Android app by NeoBound AI. When you can't take a call (busy, no answer, switched off or out of coverage), your carrier forwards it to a Twyn number and your Twyn AI assistant answers in the caller's language, takes the message, and sends you a summary, transcript and urgency flag. Only urgent calls trigger a full-screen alert; everything else waits in your notes.

Key facts:
- Get it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=assistant.twyn.ai (package assistant.twyn.ai)
- How it works: you turn on your carrier's conditional call forwarding to a Twyn number; the app acts as Android's call screener so calls you can't take are forwarded to the assistant.
- Privacy: your phone book is never uploaded; for saved contacts only the caller's display name is sent at call time so the assistant can greet them. Calls answered by the assistant are recorded and transcribed to produce your summary.
- Price: free during beta. Free assistant minutes ("credits") on sign-up and for inviting friends; credits have no cash value.
- Availability: India first; USA, UK, Australia and Singapore planned. Android only. 18+. Not for emergencies.
