Twyn answers calls on your behalf, so how you use it affects the people who call you. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. If you break it, we may remove credits, suspend or close your account, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
1. Use Twyn to
- answer calls to your own mobile number, or a number you're authorised to manage;
- take messages, pass on information you've chosen to share, and tell you what mattered;
- do so in line with the laws that apply to you and your callers, including call-recording and consent laws.
2. Don't use Twyn to
- Record or process callers unlawfully, for example without giving notice or getting consent where your local law requires it.
- Deceive callers: don't instruct the assistant to pretend to be a human, to be you, or to be another real person or organisation, or to mislead callers about why it's collecting information.
- Collect sensitive information from callers, such as card numbers, bank details, passwords or one-time codes, health information or government ID numbers.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, scam or intimidate anyone, or carry out any illegal activity.
- Forward calls from a number you don't own or manage, or set up forwarding on someone else's phone without their permission.
- Run a call centre, a telemarketing operation or any automated mass-calling with the Service. Twyn only answers calls forwarded to you; it isn't a calling tool.
- Give medical, legal, financial or emergency advice through the assistant.
- Create multiple accounts, use multiple devices, fake or self-referrals, or automation to get extra credits.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service, bypass its limits or security, or access it other than through the app and interfaces we provide.
- Use recordings, transcripts or the assistant's voice to build a competing product or to train AI models.
- Use the Service if you're under 18.
3. Reporting misuse
If you reached a Twyn assistant and think it was used to harass, deceive or harm you, email hi@twynai.pro with the subject "Abuse report", the number you called and the date and time. We'll investigate and, where appropriate, act on the account.
Law enforcement requests: email hi@twynai.pro with the subject "Legal request" and the legal process document.
