The short version
- Twyn is free during beta. There are no paid plans and nothing to refund.
- Credits are free assistant minutes. They have no cash value, can't be transferred and may expire.
- If we launch paid plans, they'll be sold through Google Play and this page will explain refunds before anyone is charged.
1. Free during beta
We don't charge for the Twyn AI – Call Assistant app or the Service during beta. We won't start charging you without telling you the price first and asking you to choose a paid plan. Separately, your mobile carrier may charge you for forwarded calls; those charges are between you and your carrier, and we can't refund them.
2. How credits work
- Credits are minutes your Twyn assistant can spend answering calls. You may get credits when you sign up, when friends you invite join, or in promotions. The current amounts and rules are shown in the app.
- Credits have no cash value. They can't be bought back, refunded, sold, exchanged or transferred to another account.
- Credits may expire. The app shows any expiry that applies.
- If your credits run out, your assistant may stop answering until you get more credits. Calls are then handled by your carrier as usual (for example, voicemail or a missed call).
- Credits obtained through abuse (multiple accounts or devices, fake or self-referrals, automation) are void and may be removed.
- Unused credits are lost when you delete your account.
3. If something went wrong on our side
If credits were used because of a technical fault on our side, for example a call that failed or a summary that never arrived, email hi@twynai.pro with the date and time and we'll look into restoring them.
4. If paid plans are introduced
Any future paid plans or purchases will be billed through Google Play, and Google Play's refund policies will apply. Before anyone is charged, we'll update this page to explain how to cancel and how refunds work.
